Trustee Accounts, led by Trustee Accounts Expert Lisa Simpson, was established to help clients open a trust bank account quickly and easily. For more than fifteen years we’ve simplified the role of a trustee, dealing with banks and building societies on their behalf.
Lisa works closely with both trustees and solicitors, ensuring a hassle-free and cost-effective process.
Mortgage Capacity Assessments
With Mortgage Capacity Expert Natasha Palmer at the helm, Mortgage Capacity Assessments has been running for more than ten years. We were the first to start offering this dedicated service to divorcing couples and their solicitors and have been the market leader ever since. Our mortgage capacity reports help individuals negotiate a fair financial settlement by providing accurate and affordable mortgage borrowing information. Our reports are designed in conjunction with a Barrister and are Family Court approved for the various stages of a financial split.
Pensions & Divorce
Pensions & Divorce was born from our well-established knowledge of legal divorce requirements and pensions advice. It’s led by our two highly qualified Pension On Divorce Experts (PODE), Alex James and Hannah Stanley. We help individuals going through financial separation – whether managing the divorce in or out of Court – ensure their pensions are taken into consideration and divided fairly. From valuations and PODE reports to enacting pension sharing orders and providing pension investment advice and financial planning, this is truly a start to finish offering.
